Monica Loren
Growing up in Los Angeles with Buddhist parents, I was immersed in a world of open-mindedness, spirituality, and alternative healing from an early age. The Healing Arts were not just something I discovered—they were a natural part of my upbringing, shaping my deep connection to the universe from the very beginning.

My journey into healing began in high school, where Kundalini Yoga was my P.E. course. This early exposure ignited a lifelong passion, leading me to earn my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification in 2007 at the renowned Golden Bridge Yoga Studio in Los Angeles. But my path as a healing practitioner truly took shape when I enrolled in the Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Energy Healing in 2008. While I initially believed my purpose was to serve others, I soon realized that healing begins within. Confronting my own shadows became the key to authentically guiding others through their own transformation.

Over the years, I’ve deepened my expertise with certifications in Conversational Hypnotherapy from the Sussex Hypnotherapy Center, as well as training from esteemed institutions such as the Coaching Training Institute and The School of Coaching Mastery. I am also certified in Relationship Coaching through Udemy. My studies in metaphysics and Eastern philosophy began in my youth and have continued throughout my life, including time spent learning from Non-Dual (Advaita) teachers such as Francis Lucille and Wayne Liquorman. Influences like Byron Katie, Marianne Williamson, Abraham Hicks, and Eckhart Tolle have further shaped my approach to healing and transformation.

I specialize in helping individuals break free from codependency, unhealthy relationship patterns, and people-pleasing behaviors. Through a holistic approach that integrates somatic embodiment, inner child healing, mindset shifting, and energetic sovereignty, I guide clients in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and personal power. My work is particularly supportive for highly sensitive people (HSPs) who have experienced relationships with narcissists, helping them rebuild boundaries, self-worth, and emotional resilience.

I am no stranger to pain, suffering, and the struggles of addiction, depression, fear, and anxiety. My own healing journey has been anything but linear, but through it, I discovered a profound truth—there is a path to authentic peace and fulfillment that isn’t dependent on external success, validation, or material wealth. Witnessing others break free from conditioning, trauma, and limiting beliefs is the most rewarding part of my work. I believe that each person carries a unique gift, a light that, when uncovered, has the power to uplift and heal those around them.

My gift lies in my ability to hold space, to truly listen, and to see beyond the stories people tell themselves. Through deep presence, I help clients reconnect with their true essence, moving beyond the patterns of the past and stepping into the fullest expression of their being.
At the core of my approach is a fusion of Western integrative psychology and the intuitive wisdom of Eastern philosophy. My greatest lesson has been the power of self-acceptance, and it is this understanding that allows me to meet each client with deep respect, compassion, and unwavering presence.

My work is my passion, my calling, and my greatest honor. I approach every session with the purest intent—to serve, to listen, and to allow the most potent transformation to unfold for each beautiful soul who is called to work with me.
